# Meteonorm Forecast

**Meteonorm Forecast** provides two endpoints:

- **Forecast Basic**: A forecast in hourly resolution based on a single, global numerical weather prediction model.

- **Forecast Precision**: A forecast in hourly, 15-minute, or 1-minute resolution.
  Based on a combination of multiple numerical weather prediction models, statistical post-processing, and satellite-based nowcasting techniques.
  For superior short-term, intraday, and day-ahead accuracy.

## Coverage

The **Meteonorm Forecast** products are available globally. However, for
**Forecast Precision**, the highest quality is achieved within the latitudinal range of
60°S to 60°N, where satellite-based nowcasting is applied to improve
short-term accuracy.
